LAGA Insight is currently released in a limited testing version to evaluate functionality, usability, and usefulness. The service is still under development and may change, contain errors, or be discontinued at any time.

The purpose of this testing phase is to learn from user interactions and feedback in order to improve the product.

LAGA Insight supports structured exploration and evidence gathering to inform innovation decisions. It provides AI-supported summaries and insights based on information from external sources such as scientific publications, policy documents, market signals, and other publicly available material.

While we aim to provide accurate and useful insights, outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The system should be used as a support tool for exploration and learning, not as a definitive source of truth.

Users should verify important information against original sources before making decisions.

To operate and improve the service during the testing phase, we may collect and process the following types of information:

• Account information (email address)

• Information provided by the user to define their context, focus, or objectives for the research

• Session data: we store a session identifier (sessionId) in your browser's cookies to maintain your session while using the service. This cookie is strictly necessary for the system to function and is not used for tracking or marketing purposes.

• Usage data (such as interactions with the system, queries, and feedback)

User interactions may be stored and reviewed to improve the quality, accuracy, and usability of the system.

Collected data is used solely to:

• Provide access to the testing environment

• Improve the functionality and quality of the service

• Identify errors and performance issues

• Understand how users interact with the system

We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.

Data is stored using secure cloud services and is accessible only to authorized members of the LAGA Insight development team and necessary technical service providers supporting the system.

Data collected during the beta phase will be retained only as long as necessary for product development and testing.
